This app is great. Better than carring a manual around. And so easy to use.

Very useful with lots of tips, information and example pictures with detailed explanation.... Well worth $0.99... May be one can find such info from Internet... However Its nice to have on phone to read anytime without searching through hundreds of webpages... Especially I love the example pictures... That itself covers most of the situation you would ever come across.... If u hv a DSLR and want to improve ur photography skills.. This App is for u!

Explains everything clearly. If you dont want to carry around or read a huge manual like me, this app is perfect

Great techniques covering most situations; excellent photos with just the right amount of commentary; delivered in a simple way everyone can understand. Navigation is perfect considering theres a lot of very useful information and minimum real estate on the phone. Great job! Love this app!

The app is decent, but it desperately needs a glossary of photography terms.

This app is very informative, it has a user friendly interface, and is at a reasonable price of .99cents. Its really worth it. I hope they update this app with more lessons and illustrations. Also, a glossary of photography terms would be nice.

I never rate apps. This is the first. I felt compelled to rate this one because it is really great. I love that it explains everything so that I can understand it and the reason behind the settings. I also love the photo examples with explanation. Worth more than $0.99 in my opinion. I would buy this app ten times over. Thanks for this! I hope they update this app with tips on taking pictures in the snow as well as other scenarios!

Taking difficult pictures more reliably -- with the tips in this app -- Ive been able to take higher quality pics for my job (webdesigner) that my clients appreciate + saved them money in the process. Paid for itself with the first pic I took.

I gifted this app to my Dad & he has a iPhone & he did not receive The app, I am happy with the app... I am not happy that I paid for this app for a gift & did not get reimburse. I would be happy if someone would fix this problem thank you.

This is EXACTLY what I needed! So helpful for learning all about photography and my d-slr. It shows all kinds of different photography situations like waterfalls or sports, and tells me how to set the camera settings like shutter speed or ISO. Incredible app.

I bought another app for $10 that was supposed to deliver what this app did deliver! I wrote the developer of the other app and told him that his was lacking in every aspect. Folks, when it comes to photography and having great looking photos, you will save yourself a lot of time and money if you just start here! Thank you!

...it would be nice if when you clicked a certain item to read, it turned colors so you knew what you had reviewed already. Although I know Ill read them all many times!

This i the best $3 i spent on an app! The explainations are so clear and easy to understand anyone could know what is being said.

At first this seemed like a great purchase - the app allows you to select the environment and subjects youre going to take photos of and then gives you detailed advice on how to take a good photo in your situation. But then when you switch to a slightly different environment, youll find that the app shows you almost identical content directly copy and pasted from the last environment, with slight differences. As a result, I end up re-reading through pages of identical content searching for the 2 different lines that will help me for this new environment. I sincerely suggest the creators of this program to reorganize things in bullet points, at least in the "quick guide" mode (which currently does basically nothing).
